Due to the number of places of the exams being limited, requests will be attended by rigorous order or reception. Sending this form does not, by itself, imply the reservation of a place to participate in the exam.

When we check that all information and documents indicated are correct and fulfill the requirements, we will contact you to indicate the payment instructions. Once the payment is received, the enrolment will be formalized.

Enrolment terms
The enrolment will be annulled if the payment is not done from the moment that you receive the payment instructions.
I authorise the Language Service-UAB Idiomes of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona to make an audio recording of the speaking test for the certificate exam, which may be used in the event of an appeal, and to play this recording back for training purposes. Pursuant to Spanish Royal Decree 1/1996, approving the recast text of the law on intellectual property, this assignment of rights is free of charge and of unlimited duration, and the author retains all rights afforded by this law.

Your personal data will be entered in the Winzen filing system of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, whose registered offices are at Carrer de la Vall Moronta s/n, Bellaterra (Cerdanyola del Vallès, 08193). Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation, the personal data you provide will be processed by the UAB Language Service (UAB Idiomes Campus) with the purposes of informing about and promoting its courses and other activities and of managing enrolment. The legal basis for processing your data is your consent. These data may be disclosed to entities linked to Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona for the same purposes. You may, at any time, exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability before the UAB Language Service by writing to s.llengues.info@uab.cat.
