To formalize the enrollment with a discount, it is necessary to send through this form, and before formalizing the enrollment, the document that proves this gratuity or discount. Once the registration has been formalized, you have until November 7 to submit the original or certified copy to the Academic Management. It is very important to review the instructions and deadlines in the Documentation section of the center's website, since not everyone who has a free registration is required to submit documentation. You will also find a section with specific information about deductions.
