Conditions of Enrolment

I authorise the UAB Language Service-UAB Idiomes to audio record the oral test in the accreditation exam. This recording may be used in the event of a complaint, and to reproduce the recorded file for training purposes. In accordance with Spanish Royal Decree 1/1996, which approves the revised text of the Law on Intellectual Property, this transfer of rights is free of charge and is made for an indefinite period of time. The author retains all the rights granted by this law. Enrolment will be cancelled if payment is not made on receiving the e-mail containing the payment link. A refund of the enrolment fee will only be authorised in the event of cancellation of the course or of the withdrawal by the enrolled student if such withdrawal is explicitly requested in writing to the administration of the Language Service before 10% of the course has elapsed from time of enrolment. In the latter case, the Service will refund the amount paid, excepting that sum paid by the student as administrative fees. Once 10% of the course has elapsed, no total or partial refund of the enrolment fee will be authorised. Any request for a change of timetable or group must be presented to the administration of the Language Service; such a request cannot be considered to have been grant without express authorisation, which shall always be subject to availability. UAB Idiomes reserves the right to change the starting date of the course or to cancel the said course if a minimum number of enrolments is not reached, with no other obligation than the full refund of the amount paid.
